Abstract: Based on the illustration of the concept of humanism spirit and the importance in its exploitation, this article analyses the main embodiments of the humanism spirit of tourism resources along the Silk Road, which are the spirit of maintaining ethnic and national unity, the broad and open mind, the enterprising spirit in hard circumstances, the unique aesthetic landscape. Moreover, it put forward some sugestions on the exploitation, protection, introduction and propaganda of humanism spirit exploitation, which includes：investigation of the tourism resources along the Silk Road, evaluation of their historical and present value, their protection through legislative, political, economic and technological methods, designing theme tourism lines, originating distinguishing tourism projects, originating man-made scenic-spots relating to Silk Road Culture with the introduction of excellent human resources from home and abroad, experiences and investments; propagandaing the Silk Road tourism through tour guiders, tourist booklets, medium, etc. All these measures help to realize the deep exploitation of the humanism spirit in the Silk Road tourism resources.
