Abstract: The areas inhabited by thnic minorities of China bears on the superior tourism resources, and these tourism exploiting propels the course of the western development of China. However, restricted by regional conditions, some questions are inevitably brought about, which includes damage and spoilage of eco-environment and decreasing of national cultural features. Eco-type tour exploiting is the thought of a kind of sustainable exploitation and development, with distinguishing from the traditional one. Its aim is to pursue the maximum synthetic results of ecological benefit, social effect and economic returns. Tourism exploitation of the areas possesses the particular regional ecological feature, and the core matter is confirmation of tourism environmental capacity and protection of tourism environment, and the national culture protection and enhancing, as well as lay stress on the relationship between tourism pulling-effect and its backing in the course of tour economic development. Eco-tour exploition need to form a virtuous running system, its exploition aims to make the most of integration effects. The main task of regional tourism exploiting is the formation of its tour center and its elaboration, ultimately attains to the aim of the sustainable development of tourism.
