摘要： 本文对新疆人口重心的移动轨迹进行了描述,分析了影响人口移动的自然经济原因。

Abstract: Xinjiang has been one of the most active region in population move ment among China's 29 provincial level regions since 1949．The paper has re-viewed and analyzed the locus of population gravity center of Xinjiang from 1949 to 1986．The dopulation movement of Xinjiang has its own distinguished charac-teristics in different periods．Finally，the paper has revealed the causes of the dopulation movement．
