黄河流域数文旅产业发展水平评价与耦合协调时空特征分析

摘要：

数字、文化和旅游产业作为黄河流域经济高质量发展的重要组成部分，其耦合协调发展对于区域经济的可持续发展具有重要意义。在分析数文旅产业耦合协调机理的基础上，构建数文旅产业耦合协调评价指标体系，采用加权求和法与耦合协调度模型对2012—2022年黄河流域9省区数字、文化、旅游产业及其耦合协调发展状态的时空特征进行分析。结果表明：（1）黄河流域数字产业发展呈“先快后缓”的波动增长趋势；文化产业稳中有升但受疫情影响略有回落；旅游产业则呈“倒U”型演变特征；数文旅产业综合发展水平总体上呈波动上升状态，空间分布特征均表现为“下游>中游>上游”。（2）数文旅产业耦合协调水平呈波动上升态势，表现出“下游>中游>上游”的空间分布特征且区域差异显著。（3）数文旅产业耦合协调等级的区域演变为：上游地区从中度失调发展为轻度失调；中游地区从轻度失调发展为濒临失调；下游地区从基本协调发展为初级协调。

Abstract:

Digital, cultural, and tourism industries, which are crucial components of high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin of China, play a significant role in the sustainable development of the regional economy. Based on an analysis of the coupling and coordination mechanisms of these industries, this study constructs an evaluation index system for their coupling and coordination. By employing the weighted summation method and the coupling coordination degree model, the spatial and temporal characteristics of the development status of the “digital-cultural-tourism” industries, along with their coupling and coordination, are analyzed for nine provinces and autonomous regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2012 to 2022. The results indicate that (1) The development of the digital industry in the Yellow River Basin experienced a fluctuating growth trend, characterized by “rapid progress followed by slowdown”; the cultural industry, while generally stable, experienced a slight decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic; and the tourism industry exhibited an inverted U-shaped evolutionary pattern. Overall, the comprehensive development level of the “digital-cultural-tourism” industries demonstrated a fluctuating upward trend, with spatial distribution features characterized by “downstream>midstream>upstream”. (2) The coupling and coordination levels of the “digital-cultural-tourism” industries experienced a fluctuating upward trend, displaying a spatial distribution pattern of “downstream>midstream>upstream” with significant regional disparities. (3) The regional evolution of the coupling and coordination levels of the “digital-cultural-tourism” industries is as follows: upstream regions transitioned from moderate dysregulation to mild dysregulation; midstream regions evolved from mild dysregulation to near-dysregulation; and downstream regions progressed from barely coordinated to primary coordination.
