Quantitative analysis of land pollution literature

Abstract: In order to explore the situation and spatial-temporal pattern of the land pollution research,from the perspective of document quantity,authors,research institutions,journals and contents,by using the method of bibliometric,this paper analyzed comprehensively the documents of land pollution between 1957 and 2015 from CNKI Database. There were in total 13077 documents,15714 authors,5663 research institutions,and 2141 journals. The results show that the document quantity presented exponential increase,indicating that research on land pollution had entered the phase of rapid development. The core author group had formed,with the number of 177. The core research agencies were few,and universities and research institutions were the core strength which accounted for 92.80% of the total documents. The core journal group had formed,with the Journal of Agro-Environment Science ranking No.1 with 172 documents,followed by Journal of An-Hui Agricultural Science with 115 documents. From the perspective of keyword,the research hot-spot was still on the heavy metal pollution and remediation of contaminated soil where bioremediation played an important role.
