Abstract: In this paper,ArcGIS and GeoDa software are used as the platform, combing with the application standard deviation index(S), the coefficient of variation(V)and ESDA, from the perspective of an objective analysis of the spatial correlation of spatial differences between Xinjiang county per capita output of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, the paper observed that there exists spatial differences in per capita output, i.e, the northern border is higher than eastern and southern border. Between 2003-2012, the measures of spatial autocorrelation curves of Moran's I for animal husbandry and fishery output per capita were in a decrease trend, indicating that animal husbandry and fishery per capita output of spatial concentration was in a curve volatility, but the annual growth rate of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery output per capita were increasing every year. From local autocorrelation analysis between the two extremes of the region indicated that there were more obvious expandation in Xinjiang animal husbandry and fishery output per capita in the spatial distribution of disequilibrium, combined with existing policies and the extent of detailed data gathered between animal husbandry and fisheries in Xinjiang. It is known that Xinjiang rural population accounts for about 70 percent of the whole population, while the minority population in rural areas accounts for about 90 percent of the population, and the minority poverty in poor areas in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery for minority poverty are of great significance. Since 2003, the average annual growth rate of per capita output of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in general grows faster than the northern and southern eastern Xinjiang. Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery output per capita and high value area are mostly concentrated in the Northern Slope of Tianshan Economic Zone and the southern region of north central counties, and the North-South differences were two extremes, mainly along the northern Tianshan Mountains HH-type economic zone, southern southwestern LL type. By spatial differences of Xinjiang animal husbandry and fishery analysis, we can have a better understanding both of spatial differences of Xinjiang county agricultural development and spatial agglomeration state of agriculture which has a certain significance.
