Abstract: Based on the investigation of one large plot which is 100 m×100 m of Picea crassifolia in the Qilian Mountains, using 4 kinds of structural parameters of Picea crassifolia, which are diameter distribution and mingling, uniform angle index, neighborhood comparison and open degree, to analyze its spatial structure, the results show as follows: (1)The diameter distribution of Picea crassifolia stands indicates that it is typical unevenaged diameter structure; (2) Picea crassifolia is climax community and single gathered stands, space isolation degree is zero nitrogen fixation;(3) Mean value of diameter neighborhood comparison and height neighborhood comparison of Picea crassifolia are 0.49, its growth is in moderation state, and size differentiation degree is general; (4) Uniform angle index of Picea crassifolia is normal distribution and average of it is 0.526, and distribution of Picea crassifolia is round state from the stand level distribution pattern; (5) Open degree of Picea crassifolia is 1.667, for the growth space is very sufficient. The results of the study can play a certain role in Picea crassifolia reasonable management.

Key words: Qilian Mountains, Picea crassifolia, diameter distribution, mingling, neighborhood comparison, uniform angle index, open degree
