四川省城市竞争力的评价及时空演变

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 城市是国家的重要组成部分，在经济全球化的背景下城市的竞争力对于提升国家的综合竞争力扮演着越来越重要的角色。以四川省18个地级市城市竞争力的评价指标体系，运用主成分分析方法和主成分TOPSIS法比较评价了1996年、2000年、2006年和2013年四川省各地级市的城市竞争力，主成分分析方法更接近于四川省城市竞争力的实际情况；利用主成分分析方法进一步分析了各主成分因子对城市竞争力的影响度，研究了城市竞争力的时间演变。依据城市竞争力的综合得分值和利用GIS9.3软件，得到了四川省城市竞争力的等级分布图和反距离权重插值效果图，揭示了城市竞争力在4个时间断面上的空间分异和空间扩展的特征与演变规律。通过对研究区影响城市竞争力各因素的分析及其正确评价，有利于对城市进行正确定位和长期发展规划，实现城市科学发展。

Abstract: In the background of economic globalization,the city is an important part of a country. And the city competitiveness is more and more crucial for improving a nation's comprehensive competitiveness. In this paper, an assessing index system had been set up to evaluate the 18 cities' competitiveness in Sichuan Province,China covering 6 specific indicators and 30 variables. Besides,the cities' competitiveness of Sichuan in 1996,2000, 2006 and 2013 were evaluated by use of the principal component analysis. And,the effect of each principal component factor for urban competitiveness was concluded. Based on the conclusion,the time evolution of urban competitiveness was studied further. According to an overall score of city competitiveness of 18 cities,the general situation and the influence factors of the principal component were analyzed. And the cities were divided into four grades,in accordance with more than 0.5,0.5 to -0.5,-0.5 to -1.5 and less than -1.5 of city competitiveness scores. By the help of GIS,cities in different grades were drawn in the map of 18 cities in Sichuan with different colors,and the evolution situation of spatial differentiation of city competitiveness were expressed through four time sections. Inverse distance weighted interpolation effect had been worked out,which revealed the features and developing rules of spatial variation and spatial expansion of city competitiveness during 4 periods of time. The results show as follows:(1) by the principal component,the comprehensive city competitiveness of 18 cities during four time sections were calculated and sorted;(2) the influence factors of competitiveness continued to evolve in the city;furthermore,the competitiveness factors of cities in Sichuan were mainly based on the scale of economic development and the level of infrastructure,and the economical open level and the urban environment were complementary;(3) by studying the various influence factors of city competitiveness and the correct evaluation, it was advantageous to develop the city competitiveness for the correct orientation and long-term planning, so as to realize scientific development of city.
