A hypothesis model of "influence on the support of tourism development of historical sites" was built based on EFA, including 6 latent variables and 34 manifest variables. Based on the model, (1) RA module of SPSS17.0 was used to get the test results of hypothesis model reliability of tourism development mode of historical streets;(2) By using AMOS21.0, the confirmatory factor analysis for the measurement model was carried out to get the parameter estimation of the model;(3) Maximum likelihood method (ML) of AMOS21.0 was used to get the fitting test result of hypothesis model. Results show as follows:(1) all 6 items had significant positive influence on the support degree of tourism development mode of historical streets. Therein, the coexistence of regional and modern culture, the consumption demands and the landscape and space image were the key factors;the layout and type of commercial format, street layout and function and emergence of historical information were the important factors.(2) "Landscape and space image" existed remarkable relevance with "street layout and function", "consumption demands" and "coexistence of regional and modern cultural"; while "coexistence of regional and modern culture" existed remarkable relevance with "the consumption demands" and "the layout and type of commercial format".(3) The paper built an innovation tourism development mode of historical streets, based on the city culture integrated by regional and modern culture, driven by the satisfaction of the tourists' experience and leisure needs, and designed with "creative", "humanization", "refinement" and "life-orientation".
