Abstract: It have to be understood that the regulation of agriculture structure is very important for guaranteeing reconstruction of ecological environment during the he development of West China. It is the fundamentality actually to strengthen the building of ecological environment, during this development. It is also an urgency mission, and the main point is to regulate the structure of industry. But the key point for the structure and resume of ecological environment is regulation the agriculture structure, which assures the sustainable development of West China.
It is also need to regulate agriculture structure of West China, referring to system of farming and farming scale of modern agriculture, in order to avoid the strike of the agriculture from developed counties.
Although structure regulation is not the determine factor for agriculture development, it is must incite the structure variety during the development of agriculture, because the change of the demand for produce and producer's factors of agriculture, which directly influence the main imput of agriculture development. And the formation and development of new main imput will affect factor's collocation and its output, and also influence arrangement of agriculture through linkage effects and multiplier effects. It is need to regulate agriculture structure and adopt mix-breeding system of farming, according supply and demand structure and the characters of agriculture development of China. And it needs to change the duality structure of foodstuff crop and economic crop in traditional planting, and building the foodstuff crop, economic crop and feed crop in order to forming the agriculture structure from plant, animal husbandry to machining farming produce. Agriculture will lost its heading position without foodstuff industry in market economy. Mix-breeding system of farming is helpful for the foodstuff industry to become the most important branch in agriculture. It may make a landscape orientation unite to make production and market allying. Then it can avoid industry structure sameness and can enhance the reflecting ability agriculture economic system in the world trade pattern. Then it makes agriculture a base for the country and is also helpful for resume of agriculture ecological system.
