Abstract: Meteorological data from 1950-1989 is used to analyse the anomalous air temperature change of time and space in winter and spring and the themal circulation characteristics in winter by grade air temperature method. The results suggest a obvious periodicity of air temperature change in winter and spring and mainly show that the temperature tend to be cold in 1950's,to be warm in early of 1960's,and to be warm in 1970's. Air temperature tended to be high during the last 10 years. The tendency pattern is similar in Southern and Northern region of Xinjiang but amplitude of Southern region is not remarkable.
