Abstract: In this paper, it is made that a synthetical evaluation of Kuitun city based on the method of exponent．The conclusion is as follows：
1）The best synthetical benefit departments are food and leather industries, and the worst are electricity, textile, paper and chemistry industries.
2）The best synthetical benefit district is the north industry district, and the worst is the cast industry district.
