摘要: 本文以“新疆国内旅游调查报告”及相关统计资料为基础, 主要通过对新疆国内游客构成, 游客来疆旅游目的, 国内游客在新疆旅游的花费情况、停留情况及旅游组织方式等的分析, 试图揭示新疆旅游市场的发展现状, 并对新疆旅游市场的发展提出几点建议, 如丰富旅游产品, 推出旅游精品系列, 加强宣传促销;开辟更多新航线, 降低票价, 铁路提速;实施新的假期制度;逐步实行对中亚各国的旅游免签等。

Abstract: The proportion of domestic tourist in Xinjiang has been over 90% since 1990, so it has a absolute superiority in tourist structure. Further, the market of domestic tourist resources is the basic of tourism industry and has a great potential of development. So it is necessary to study and analyze of the market of domestic tourist resources if want to master the whole situation of the development of tourist market in Xinjiang. Based on "the report of Xinjiang domestic tourist" and other statistical data, this paper analyzed the constitution of tourist, the purposes of tourist, the costs of tour in Xinjiang, the days of stay and the ways of tourist organization, etc. It revealed the present situation and existed problems of the tourism market of Xinjiang, such as the region structure of tourist resource has a considerable relationship with the distance away from tourist spots, the economic level, the consciousness of tourism development of local people and location and attracting strength of scenic spots, etc. The resource of tourism has a character of department concentrate, the tour to Xinjiang need longer time and high expenses on traffic, the tourist products are simple and others. Synthesizing above analyses, the paper put forth some suggestions as follows: (1) Increasing tourist products, pushing forward top-grade products and strengthening propaganda of the tourism. (2) opening up more air line, lowering the price of tickets and raising the speed of train. (3) Carrying out new vacation system. (4) enhancing the investigation and study of the market of tourist resource. (5) enlarging the investment on construction of tourist spots and open progressively the market of tourist industry. (6) implementing subsequently tourist free-visa system to Central Asian countries, etc.
