摘要: 新亚欧大陆桥环境灾害管理信息系统主要由三个模块组成:远程通信管理系统、环境灾害数据库管理系统和应用模型库, 这三大模块通过一定的数据接口联结, 成为“一体化”系统, 能够对该区域的铁路环境灾害进行有效地管理和监测。

Abstract: Environmental disasters including rock avalanches, mud-rock flows, floods, sand drift. snow disasters, forzen expansion, earthguakes, etc. occur frequently along Xinjiang section ofthe new Eurasian Continental Bridge. In this paper, the development of manangement infor-mation system of the environmental disasters occurring along Xinjiang section of the New Con-tinental Bridge is discussed by integrating the available relevant commercial software with objectoriented programming technology, including the system comceptual structure and realizedmothodology. The system is mainly consisted of three parts: telemmunication system, databasemanagement system of environmental disasters, and applying model system. Through couplingwith some special data meets, these three parts can be developed as an integrated system to cer-tain extent, and can be used for effectively monitoring and managing the environmental disas-ters along the railway in this area so as to gain the purpose of controlling environmental disas-ters and reducing economic loss. Through developing the system, some attempts are undertaken in the integration of geopraphical information system (GIS), database management system (TMS) and applying model system.
