中国农村生态保护与农业经济韧性耦合协调及障碍因素

Coupling coordination and obstacle factors of rural ecological protection and agricultural economic resilience in China

摘要:

探讨农村生态保护与农业经济韧性的耦合协调关系,对提升农村生态治理效能,推进乡村全面振兴具有重要现实意义。基于农村生态保护与农业经济韧性耦合协调机理,运用熵权TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型与障碍度模型分析了2018—2023年中国农村生态保护与农业经济韧性综合发展水平、耦合协调关系及障碍因素。结果表明:(1) 农村生态保护与农业经济韧性综合发展水平分别由0.317、0.211增长至0.384、0.301,呈现上升趋势。(2) 2系统耦合协调度均值历年介于0.500~0.600之间,整体稳步增长,由勉强协调趋向初步协调,呈良好发展态势。空间上,东部、东北、中部、西部地区耦合协调度均值依次为0.606、0.546、0.523、0.492,呈现“东高西低”格局。(3) 以人均耕地面积等为代表的农村生态资源与以农林牧渔业人均专利申请授权量为代表的农业重构能力是关键障碍因素。研究结果为农村生态保护与农业经济高质量协同发展提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

This study examines the coupling and coordination relationship between rural ecological protection and agricultural economic resilience. It offers practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of rural ecological governance and advancing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. Based on the coupling and coordination mechanism between rural ecological protection and agricultural economic resilience, this study employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method, coupling coordination degree model, and obstacle degree model to analyze the comprehensive development level, coupling coordination relationship, and obstacle factors of the two systems in China from 2018 to 2023. The results reveal the following: (1) The comprehensive development levels of rural ecological protection and agricultural economic resilience rose from 0.317 and 0.211 to 0.384 and 0.301, respectively, showing an upward trend. (2) The annual average coupling coordination degree of the two systems ranged from 0.500 to 0.600, demonstrating steady growth from barely coordinated to preliminarily coordinated, indicating a positive development trend. Spatially, the average coupling coordination degrees in the eastern, northeastern, central, and western regions are 0.606, 0.546, 0.523, and 0.492, respectively, forming an “east-high-west-low” pattern. (3) The primary obstacle factors include rural ecological resources, represented by per capita cultivated land area, and agricultural reconstruction capacity, represented by per capita patent applications and grants in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery. The findings provide a scientific basis for the coordinated development of rural ecological protection and high-quality agricultural economic growth.
