Abstract: This paper shows a great deal of typical example, indicated that increasing negative entropy current is the essence method of reversing desertification othis kind of method can be either man-made or nature. This paper also indicated and discussed that the dune sand-land and desertification environment system can be divided into three systems：isolate, sealed and open system.
