Abstract: The potential development and utilization of regional water and soil resource is an important way to raise uasage efficiency of resources, output results and promote the development of agricultural economy. About which, the orgainzation and combination of water-soil resources should be considered firstly. Then, to set up optmizing model according to crops'demand to water-soil resources in the course of growing. In this way, the development of water-soul resources is based on quantitative methods. Following these above, the paper makes exprimental research to Granzhong irrigation region and sets up optimizing models of main crops in different irrigation regions.
