Abstract: Along with exploitation of mineral resources and development of village and township enterpries, some new industrial-mineral towns are emerging on the Loess plateau, correspondingly, secondary industry and tertiary industry are developing rapidly. However, the ecological environment degeneration and soil erosion are the increasingly serious problems in these towns and their vicinities. Based on the analysis on the features of soil erosion in Daliuta Town, in this paper it is condisered that the construction of ecological environment should be on the basis of water and soil conservation. After the ecological environment is systematically differentiated and analyzed, the main problems in construction of the ecological environment in Daliuta Town, i. e. the obvious differences of the ecological environment between the localities and the mining areas, are distinguished. It is pointed out that the ecological environment control in the commercial districts must be paid a great attention to. The unified management and the connection nd cooperation among the districts of the town should be strengthened in construction of the ecological environmnet. For these reasons, some opinions and regulation models are put porward for the ecological environment control.
