Abstract: The paper is aimed to give some suggestion or advice about the economic development of Baiyin City. With the analysis of elements affecting on economic development, suggestion given are like there：to reform the system of organization, to improve the industrial structure, to develop rural industry and agriculture, and to strengthen the development of Baiyin District. Some specific strategies are also given in the paper.
