Abstract: In this paper, based on the general situation (history and present condition) of economical development in Xinjiang, a simple pattern of oasis sustainable development put out through analyzing the relationship between oasis economical development and sustainable development in Xinjiang. The article put focus on the influence which industry and agricultural development on the quality of Eco-environment from two aspects：The oasis economy scale and structure, and discuss the interaction between industrial and sustainable development. Meantime, give preliminary research on some problems existing in oasis sustainable development and four conclusions are drawn as follows： (1) Economical development is the core of oasis sustainable development. In the arid area, the more backward of economy and the more serious of Eco-environmental issues in a region. To avoid such vicious cycle, accelerating economical development and increasing investment in environmental harness is the guarantee of the oasis sustainable development. (2) The expand in oasis agricultural producing scale should adapt to the level of social economy and producing technology, and pay more attention to the raising of the utilization ratio of water and land, increasing economical benefits and protecting the Eco-environment inner and outer of oasis are the bases of oasis sustainable development. The reasonable and higher efficient way of oasis agricultural development is the development of Eco-agriculture, water saving agriculture, overall agriculture, intensiveness and industrialization of agriculture. (3) The industrial development mainly lies in adjustment of section structure and revising technology, carrying out (practicing) cleaning production, decreasing the consumption of resources and the quantity of waste released, to accelerate the development of lower pollution and smaller consumption industry, and to transform the technology in heavy pollution trades. (4) In order to push forward the sustainable development permanently, the leaders and the masses especially people in rural areas, should highlight the idea and realization about sustainable development and environmental protection.
