基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型的旅游交通业绿色发展效率测度与评价——以兰州市为例

Measurement and evaluation of green development efficiency of tourism transportation industry based on the DEA-Malmquist index model: A case of Lanzhou City

摘要: 旅游交通业绿色发展不仅是推进旅游高质量发展的新突破口,更是生态文明建设的重要体现。基于此,以西部重要交通枢纽城市兰州市为案例地,运用熵值法、数据包络分析-曼奎斯特(DEA-Malmquist)指数模型对2014—2023年旅游交通业绿色发展效率进行测度评价。结果表明:(1)从时空演化方面来看,时间上,兰州市旅游交通业环境成本综合指数呈下降态势,绿色发展效率有所提升,整体发展向好;空间上,兰州市主城区旅游交通业绿色发展效率呈现安宁区>西固区>七里河区>城关区的分布格局。(2)从曼奎斯特(Malmquist)指数分解结果来看,兰州市旅游交通业全要素生产率总体缓慢增长,其中城关区增幅最小,七里河区增幅最大。研究结果可为优化兰州市旅游交通业绿色发展及促进区域生态环境保护提供一定参考。

Abstract:

Green development in tourism transportation industry represents both a new breakthrough for the advancement of high-quality tourism development and a significant embodiment of ecological civilization construction. Accordingly, this study takes the Lanzhou City, a critical transportation hub city in western China, as a case study, employing the entropy weight method and the DEA-Malmquist index model to measure and evaluate the green development efficiency of the tourism transportation industry of Lanzhou from 2014 to 2023. The following findings were obtained: (1) In terms of spatiotemporal evolution, temporally, the comprehensive environmental cost index of Lanzhou’s tourism transportation industry demonstrates a downward trajectory, which is accompanied by enhanced green development efficiency and a generally positive development trend. In a spatial sense, the green development efficiency of tourism transportation industry in Lanzhou’s main urban areas follows a distribution pattern in which Anning District displays the highest efficiency, followed sequentially by Xigu District, Qilihe District, and Chengguan District. (2) Using the Malmquist index decomposition results, the total factor productivity of Lanzhou’s tourism transportation industry experienced slow overall growth, with Chengguan District registering the least growth and Qilihe District achieving the most. The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the green development of the tourism transportation industry in Lanzhou City and promoting regional ecological protection.
