Abstract: The paper according the arid climatic setting of Kerges Autonomous Prefecture of Kizilsu（KizPref），on the basis of statistical analysis of zo-nalon diffenence divided the seasonal climatic features and explained the distribution light，heat and water resource of plain agricultural，middle mountaino us agricultural-pastoral，pastoral and alpine pastoral area。
