摘要： 从甘肃土地资源利用现状出发, 在对土地资源管理存在问题分析和解决途径的探讨中, 把各特殊区域的特殊问题综合化, 从经济地理学的高度进行了思考并作了结论。

Abstract: Starting from an importance of economic-geographic conception and considering from the present situation of utilization of land resources in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the existing problems in management of the land resources, and some solutions are put forward for the peculiar regions in a synthetical way. The existing problemes indude the unimplemented construction planning of the cities and towns, illegal land use in house building, serious land erosion and vegetation degeneration, speeding up of sand dune movement, degeneration of the elogical environment at the lower reaches, frequent occurrance of natural disasters, etc. Thus it is suggested to solve the problem of rural fuel practically, develop the evaluation system of land use and regional rationality, strictly implement the overall plan of land use, further complete the local regulations of management of land resources, establish the fundation of soil improvement, etc.
