Abstract: From the self-organigation theory Point of view, the author researched the relationship between IGBP and the change of earthsystem, and studying some subjects as follows：stare of the change of earthsystem；irreversible processes and complicacy of earthsystem；envionment subsystem and its organigation and self-organigation of earthsystem；there are some possibility ad difficulty posifion in establishing earthsystem model, finally, pointing out some subjects of NGBP in china.
