矿粮复合区土地生态安全评价——以焦作市为例

Evaluation of eco-security of land for the overlapped areas of crop and mineral production: A case of Jiaozuo City

摘要: 应用PSR模型构建焦作市矿粮复合区土地生态安全评价指标体系,通过AHP法与熵权法相结合确定24个评价指标的权重,对其2006-2010年的土地生态安全状况进行动态评价与分析,旨在揭示该区域近年来的土地生态安全状况,提出实现其土地可持续利用的建议。结果表明:其土地生态安全综合指数总体呈现先短期轻微下降后又逐年回升的趋势;5 a内其安全水平先后经历了较不安全、临界安全、较安全3个等级;状态与响应指标与土地生态安全状况的相关性密切,对环境胁迫的恢复力起重要作用,且在维护和改善土地生态安全状况上的作用不断增强;植被因素对土地生态安全的正作用最明显,生态用地比例等4项指标在土地生态安全评价中的地位相对较重要;主控生态安全的因子越多,生态状况越好;未来3 a,其生态状况有继续提升的趋势。实现土地可持续利用须从不同方面通过多种手段进行。该研究为实现区域农业生产和工矿建设等经济活动与土地资源和生态环境保护之间的协调发展提供决策依据。

Abstract: The Pressure-State-Response model is used to develop the index system to the overlapped areas of crop and mineral production for evaluating eco-security of land of Jiaozuo City of Henan Province,China,and the index weights of twenty-four ecological security assessment indexsare determined by the comprehension of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy,then the years' situations of eco-security of land for the overlapped areas of crop and mineral in Jiaozuo City Henan Province,China from 2006 to 2010 were dynamically evaluated and analyzed,so its situations of eco-security of land in recent years were revealed and the proposals in achieving the sustainable use of land were put forward. The result showed as follows:firstly,the comprehensive index showed overly an increasing trend year by year,after having experienced a slight decline in the short period,and its maximum was 0.735 65 which appeared in 2010 while the minimum was 0.419 67 in 2007. Secondly,its situation of eco-security underwent  the three changing grades in the five years,the less safe (the years from 2006 to 2007),the critical safety (in the year of 2008) and the relatively safety(the years from 2009 to 2010).In the item layer,both response indexs and state indexs which played an important role in resilience to the stress of environment,had a close correlation with the situation of eco-security of land,and their function in maintaining and improving eco-security of land was strengthened continuously. Besides,in the factor layer,the function of vegetation was the most obvious while the function of the social factor was the least,and the indexs of the last layer such as ecological land proportion and so on were more relatively important in the evaluation of eco-security of land. What's more,the more of the dominant factors in promoting eco-security,the better to the ecological situation. It was calculated that the situation of eco-security of land would be still slowly improved,and a higher level would be probably reached in the next three years. In the terms of index system,it should not only mainly reflect the influence of agriculture and mining-industry related to human-activity in the eco-security of land and its response to the feedback of ecology and environment,but also the other factors' roles in this area such as water and plant should not be ignored,so it trys to focus on the overlapped areas of crop and mineral production and build a more comparatively reasonable index system which represents the characters of the study-area in the scale of city. What's else,the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy can effectively abate the drawbacks of each other,which makes the results more reliable,so that it can provide the basis for decision making in achieving the coordinated development between regional economic activities such as agricultural production and industrial-mineral construction and the protection of land resources and eco-environment.
