Abstract: According to the statistics obtained through monitoring the city, kuiturn belongs to the type of smoke pollution, its annual, seasonal and daily changes of the quanlity of atmosphere environment have regular patterns but its background values are on the high side and its environmental capacity is small.according to the synthesing evoluation, this city has now entered into dangerous circle of light pollution-middle pollution-serious pollution and the author indicates the meteorological conditons and artifical factors that form the basic characteristics of its atmosphere environment.ds to the changing trend of kuitun citys atmos-phere environment from the starting point that kuitun is a developing city and from three aspects of its econmic developncent increase of population and environmental adminstration , this paper uses the basic dates to catculate and forcast the quanlity of its atmosphere environment less than five years and then proceeds to indicate that the atmos-phere environment can be basically controlled through this city developing with steady steps and strengthening the environmental adminstration.
