Abstract: After investigating the features of the glacial landform and glacial materials of Harnas 1.areas the author reaches the conclusion that the glacial ages in Harnas district can be divided into four stages each including several glaciations .The glaciated scope becomes smal-ser and malles from old to new ones and the glaciated extent gradually shrinks from south to norih along the valley of Harnas River which agrees to the division of glacial ages of all Altai Mountain area This can also be in comparison with the glacial ages of eastern China as well-ac Tianshan Mountain area.
