Abstract: This article is aimed to the new situation and new questions appeared in the socialist reform and perfect of Chinese economic system. The traditional concept of the decision making of physical distributiow, physical distribution division, counter transportation and through traffic was enlarged or redefinitioned . And the concept of upgrading of physical distribution was created and defined.
