Abstract: To research the soil—plant--atmosphere continuum, it is important to measure those environmrntal parameters such as wind, temperature of air and soil profile, Solar radiation, heat flux in the soil ect. automaticly, comtemporaneously and continuously. In this paper, the construction, function of a microcomputer collecting system has been introduced. It has been achieved that sharing data between advanced program language (BASIC, FORTRAN ect. ) and data base management for research works of those department：geography, meteorology, agriculture and environment ect.
