Abstract: Transportation is one of prerequisite condition of Xinjiang economic development, because it lies end of transportation in whole country, its location is remote, its distance is long and its connection to outside was restricted by communication and transportation. This article, according to situation and problems of communication and transportation in xinjiang, indicates the combinatorial condition and district advantage by facter analysing and relating to comparison, putting forward that it is major inside form in economic system and relevant communication and transportation.
