Abstract: During the grape growing period，Xinjiang has a favourable climate，which is convenient for grape of different periods of maturity，such as sufficient sunlight，long sunshine duration，abundant heat，great temperature difference between day and night，little rainfall and dry air．With the artificial irriga-tion，its heat and sunlight resource can be put into good use．Thus grape pro-duced in Xinjiang，because of adaptable climate，has high sugar content and with fine quality．It can provide not only fresh tastes，wine-making，canning， juice-producing，but also raisin-making and many other grape processing indu-stries．Wide and rational use of preponderant resource of arid climate of Xin-jiang is beneficial to cultivating many kinds of grape，and to developing grape commodity production．We＇re sure for the brilliant future of the grape in Xin-jiang．
