Spatial division and sustainable development and utilization strategy of geological relics in Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin

地质遗迹是珍贵的且为不可再生的自然资源。对地质遗迹的保护性开发是其可持续开发利用的前提,也是生态文明建设、脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴战略不可或缺的组成部分。基于黄河流域甘肃段地质遗迹调查数据,采用最邻近点指数和GIS空间分析法,对该区域的地质遗迹空间分布特征进行评价,提出地质遗迹可持续开发利用建议。结果表明:(1) 黄河流域甘肃段地质遗迹调查共发现地质遗迹点1046处,其中具有重要价值的有153处。研究区地质遗迹空间分布广泛,类型多样,内涵独特,以碎屑岩地貌、地层剖面、古生物遗迹化石为主;其不均匀分布的特点,与当地气候分带、地貌分区、水系分布、地质构造发育等存在一定的相关性。(2) 根据赋存环境、发育特征等将研究区地质遗迹划分为2个地质遗迹区、6个分区和15个小区。(3) 以国家自然保护地整合优化为契机,建议通过地质公园、研学旅行基地、特色小镇、地质文化村建设等多层次、多样化的开发利用路径,推进黄河流域甘肃段地质遗迹的可持续开发利用。

Geological relics are precious and nonrenewable natural resources. The protective development of geological relics not only is the premise of its sustainable development and utilization but is also an indispensable part of ecological civilization construction, poverty alleviation, and rural revitalization. On the basis of the survey data of geological relics in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin, the spatial distribution characteristics of geological relics in this area are evaluated using the nearest neighbor index and the GIS spatial analysis method. Then, suggestions for the sustainable development and utilization of geological relics are introduced. The results show the following: (1) 1046 geological relic points are found in the geological relic survey of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin, 153 of which are of great value. The geological relics in the study area are widely distributed in space and have various types and unique connotations, mainly including clastic rock landforms, stratigraphic sections, and paleontological trace fossils. The characteristics of its uneven distribution are related to the local climate zoning, geomorphic zoning, water system distribution, geological structure development, and so on. (2) According to their occurrence environment and development characteristics, the geological relics in the study area are divided into two geological relic areas, six districts, and 15 communities. (3) Taking the integration and optimization of national nature reserves as an opportunity, promoting the sustainable development and utilization of the geological relics in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin is suggested. This may be done through multilevel and diversified development and utilization paths such as the construction of geoparks, research and study travel bases, characteristic towns, and geological and cultural villages.
