Abstract: The famous drought of Ala in Xinjiang is in the North－west part of Ebinur watershed.water vapour carried by airflow gets into from the North－west and rainfall is formed simultancously in the watershed.The total amount of annual rainfall is 13340 million m3 .A great deal of it covers in the mountain area, which reaches 10040 million m3 .The runoff produces mainly in mountain area also.The total amount of annual suface runoff is 3746 million m3 in this watershed.The total amount of annual underground water is 2029 million m3 in the plain.Therefore the total amount of annual water resources reaches 4161 million m3 in Ebinur watershed.
